Does your academic work sometimes require you to collaborate with difficult individuals? As a T.A., have you ever had difficulties managing troublesome students or working with stressful colleagues in graduate school? Having to deal with difficult people is a common source of anxiety and stress for graduate students. This workshop will explore possible reasons for breakdown in academic relationships and offer some tools to help constructively move beyond conflict.
