Marking is one of the most common TA duties. Learning how to mark efficiently and effectively can save you both time and headache. But marking is more than assigning grades – it’s also a teaching opportunity. This workshop offers best practices around effective, efficient, and consistent marking to make the grading process more manageable for TAs as well as how to provide constructive, usable feedback to promote students’ development as writers.
