This interactive workshop will introduce participants to some broad issues related to enhancing accessibility and accommodation in various teaching and learning environments. We will explore the differences between accessibility and accommodation, provide an overview of the policy context at the University of Toronto, identify resources for students and TAs alike, and discuss strategies for your classroom. Through a variety of case studies, we will examine the challenges and opportunities of accessibility and explore an array of effective responses and resources available across the University and beyond.
